You acknowledge that certain courses on our Platform may not be available to you unless you access paid classes available on the Platform for lifetime access. You agree and acknowledge that any conditions conveyed to you during the process of using our Platform are considered part of these Terms of Use.

Your access to premium classes available on our Platform will only be activated after you have filled in and submitted all the required data and documents and completed payment for the class or package fees in a timely manner. You agree to pay the applicable class or package fees without any deductions or tax withholding. If tax withholding is mandatory, you will be responsible for paying the additional amount as required so that we receive full payment for the applicable class fees. You understand that Qaznetic may change prices or offer special trials and offers from time to time, which may result in different amounts charged to certain users.

3. Prohibited Use

You are only allowed to use our Platform for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
• To harm or attempt to harm minors in any way.
• To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with our content standards.
• To transmit or procure the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, or any other form of similar solicitation (such as spam).
• To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

You also agree:

• Not post materials that defame, insult, or otherwise harm individuals or groups.
• Not post materials harmful to children.

• Not engage in activities that may cause or potentially cause harm to Qaznetic.
